Brief CV:
Milad Johnny received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical and communication engineering from the Iran University of Science and Technology, Tehran, Iran, in ۲۰۱۰ and ۲۰۱۲, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the Sharif University of Technology in ۲۰۱۸. Since ۲۰۱۲, he has been with the Information Systems and Security Laboratory (ISSL), Sharif University of Technology. From March ۲۰۱۶ to September ۲۰۱۶, he was a Visiting Student with the Coding Signal Transmission Laboratory (CSTL), Waterloo University, ON, Canada. His research interests include coding and information theory, wireless communications, and signal and array processing. In ۲۰۱۹, he received the highly prestigious ۲۱st Khwarizmi Young Award, which is given annually by the Iranian Research Organization for Science and Technology (IROST) under the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of Iran to individuals who have made outstanding achievements in research, innovation, and invention. Due to his outstanding research in the area of communication and wireless technology, he was awarded by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in ۲۰۱۹.
